For me, these were not separate paths, but overlapping experiences that shaped my life, my studies, and my recovery.<\/p>\n<p>Writing was a way to search for meaning in these experiences, and to connect them with science, philosophy, and care. They became a bridge between lived experience and research, and a step toward my dream of creating a clinic where recovery begins with listening.<\/p>\n<p>By sharing my own reflections here, I hope to show that every story\u2014however fragmented, painful, or unfinished\u2014carries wisdom. This space is not about polished answers, but about voices that together form a new language of healing.<\/p>\n<p>I warmly invite you to add your own story, thought, or response.
