Before inviting others to share, I want to begin with my own voice.
I have lived through the intertwined challenges of psychosis and addiction. For me, these were not separate paths, but overlapping experiences that shaped my life, my studies, and my recovery.
Writing was a way to search for meaning in these experiences, and to connect them with science, philosophy, and care. They became a bridge between lived experience and research, and a step toward my dream of creating a clinic where recovery begins with listening.
By sharing my own reflections here, I hope to show that every story—however fragmented, painful, or unfinished—carries wisdom. This space is not about polished answers, but about voices that together form a new language of healing.
I warmly invite you to add your own story, thought, or response. Whether short or long, personal or professional, your words are welcome.
